Professor Mohammad Ramadan Bashandy stands as a distinguished expert in strategic communications for public sector reform, and human capital modernization, boasting over 18 years of multidisciplinary expertise. A holder of a PhD in Political Science from Cairo University and honored with Egypt’s State Encouragement Award in 2024, Prof. Bashandy brings profound insights into strategic policy and governance. His academic credentials are matched by practical experience, having spent nearly a decade in executive level corporate HR and organizational development roles, enabling him to drive institutional modernization. His previous role as a political analyst and communications officer for a significant Egyptian political party allows him to navigate intricate policy landscapes and fostering stakeholder alignment.

Prof. Bashandy’s has an MBA and an Executive HR Diploma from ESLSCA Business School, He has exceptional expertise in applying data-driven strategies for workforce optimization and capability enhancement. His extensive publication record in Arabic academic journals further underscores his proficiency in developing research-backed communication strategies to bolster policy messaging and reform advocacy.

Currently, Prof. Bashandy serves as the Competition Compliance Senior Manager for a major Egyptian corporation, a role he has held since 2022, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and market fairness. Additionally, he is a part-time Professor of Political Science at Badr University, a position he has undertaken since 2025, where he bridges theoretical and practical elements of governance studies.

His leadership experience includes his role as HR Corporate Business Partner from 2019 to 2022, where he led workforce strategy for a leading Egyptian firm. Prior to that, he worked as an Organization Development Manager from 2012 to 2019, driving initiatives for structural efficiency and talent growth. His career in political strategy began as a Political Analyst and Communications Officer from 2006 to 2011, during which he authored policy narratives in the post-revolution era.
