The second, co-creation, engages communities and end-users in participatory design processes.  The third prong, agile Implementation, involves prototyping, testing, and refining solutions using iterative feedback loops. The fourth and final prong of our approach is lifecycle management. This involves monitoring performance post-deployment and continuous optimisation of solutions through rationalisation of the entire ecosystem of the institution and project cycle.
